Since its establishment in 2007, SNEC has grown into a "barometer" of the global photovoltaic industry. As one of the largest and most influential events in the global photovoltaic industry, this SNEC will be held at NECC (Shanghai) from June 11 to 13, 2025, bringing together more than 4,000 companies from 95 countries and regions around the world, covering the entire photovoltaic industry chain and cutting-edge fields such as energy storage, hydrogen energy, and smart grids.

The 2025 exhibition is expected to attract more than 260,000 professional visitors, covering the entire industry chain from raw materials to terminal applications. 1.Breaking boundaries and reconstructing: Sunpro SNEC booth reveals the evolution of the photovoltaic industry

As the global photovoltaic industry enters the deep waters of N-type technology, Sunpro's exhibition design at the 2025 Shanghai SNEC is full of mysteries - by constructing a "technological generation coordinate system", the evolution history of photovoltaic modules and the future energy landscape form a time-space dialogue, interpreting the underlying logic of the new energy revolution.

2.Scenario-based product matrix: accurately anchoring the optimal LCOE solution

· Household scenario: new black aesthetic 450W-500W rectangular 210R double-glass modules, with an annual average attenuation rate of ≤0.4% in the next year to define the value standard of rooftop photovoltaics

· Industrial scenario: 630W rectangular 210R modules and 710W TOPCon M12 large-format modules, optimizing the cost of electricity

· Ground project: 725W HJT flagship module, 30-year power attenuation of 90.3%, stable cost reduction of BOS costs, and increased efficiency of electricity output.

3. Dual engines of technological revolution: BC components and intelligent operation and maintenance

The 470W back contact (BC) double-glass module, which is the result of cutting-edge technology, defines a new enterprise product chain with three major breakthroughs:

· Zero main grid technology improves photon capture efficiency

· Nano-scale packaging technology builds dual protection against PID and LeTID

· 30-year linear warranty commitment of 88.85%, attenuation ≤1% in the first year, and the annual attenuation rate can be as low as 0.35% after the second year

4.Supporting intelligent photovoltaic optimizer and off-grid inverter

· Adapt to 700W+ modules, IV curve millisecond diagnosis

· Improved accuracy of hot spot fault prediction

· Remote shutdown response speed in seconds

· Cloud monitoring, efficient DC conversion, reduced output loss

5.Low-carbon revolution: composite frame opens the era of green manufacturing 3.0

Alloy/composite frame comparison of the same model, two 590W TOPCon M10 double-glass modules compared on site:

· Composite frame has a lower carbon footprint than traditional aluminum

· Breakthrough in salt spray corrosion resistance (IEC 61701 standard)

· Improved water vapor barrier

· While packaging costs are reduced, mechanical load capacity is improved

In the core area of the booth, when BC technology meets intelligent operation and maintenance, the system availability rate is promoted. System synergy dimension: forming a second-level fault response closed loop with intelligent off-grid inverters and optimizers; when the composite frame is superimposed with TOPCon / HJT technology, the LCOE of the power station is improved. This "chemical reaction of technical elements" is reconstructing the value formula of the photovoltaic industry - from simply pursuing component efficiency to full-chain system value creation.
