As the first quarter (Q1) of 2025 draws to a close, Bloomberg has released its first list of Tier 1 global photovoltaic (PV) module manufacturers for the year. Influenced by various factors including the PV market conditions and national policies, and coinciding with year-end festivals in various countries, overall production capacity has experienced minor fluctuations compared to Q4 2024. Compared to Q4 2024, there was a slight decline in the overall capacity of the photovoltaic industry.According to the statistics from BNEF, in Q1 2025, the total annual capacity of global tier-one PV module manufacturers reached 942,700 MW.
