To ensure customer demand, we pursue higher production capacity and better service. Since the planning in June this year, SUNPRO POWER has been stationed in Yuhuan City, a beautiful coastal city in Zhejiang Province, which took four months.

A new automated production workshop, SUNPRO POWER Yuhuan factory, has been built. It has been completed, and the technical training for internal production personnel has been completed. It has been officially put into production.

The whole workshop covers a wide area, adopts dust-free management and automatic assembly line production.

While ensuring efficient production and reducing the risk of defects in finished products, mechanized operation is adopted to make the finished products more delicate and accurate, and the connection is more firm.

Intelligent detection equipment also makes finished product detection more efficient and intelligent. The whole process guarantees product quality.

Production capacity of mainstream products

The first solar module of SUNPRO POWER Yuhuan factory is SPxxx-144M10 with power of 520-550 W.

This is a common mainstream solar module in the market at present. 144 pcs of mono-crystalline silicon solar cells with 10-busbar design are manufactured mechanically and assembled accurately to achieve higher quality. The max efficiency can reach 21.28%.

As the first module, the solar module of this model officially went offline, which also indicates that the production factory has the production capacity of mainstream products, can meet most production requirements of the current market, and provides customers with a wider range of production options.

Integration of production and research to help the future

In addition, in addition to the mainstream production capacity, the production factory also has a technology research and development department.

It can directly produce test samples in the factory, shorten the process from R&D design to experimental production, greatly improve the original R&D efficiency, and help create a more diversified product line.

In the future, the technology R&D department will also set up a special testing laboratory to verify the design effect and undertake some testing commissions. At present, relevant plans are under intense preparation, and the future is promising.
