Main Materials
Main Procedure( 100% automatic production line)
1.Material Inspection before produce then prepare mateirals for produce.
2.Prepare solar cells(full cell or half cut cell) to start single and series weldding with machine.
3.Overlaying the materials from bottom to top (glass,EVA,cells, EVA,backsheet in trun)
4.Surface check and EL test.
5.Lamination then surface check and EL test again.
6,Framing and assembling junction box.
7.Solidify for 4 hours.
8.Final test and cleaning.
9.Packaging with carton box and wooden pallet.
